Purchased theme but now I want to upgrade plan

    Hello,

    I have purchased a premium theme for $69 but realized in order to have the mp3 feature on the website I need to upgrade to the Premium plan, which offers the same theme for free. I would like to upgrade to the Premium plan but is it possible to get a $69 credit towards the purchase since I just recently purchased the theme.

    Hi there,

    You can cancel and refund the theme from the Purchases page, and then reactivate it once you’ve bought the Premium Plan, but to switch from the purchased theme to having it as part of Premium you will need to deactivate it first. Your content will still be safe if you do this, though you might need to reconfigure some widgets and other customizations again afterwards.

    However, keep in mind that the purchased theme is yours for as long as your site exists. If you activate it under Premium, you’ll only be able to use it for as long as you keep renewing Premium – the moment you cancel Premium or let it expire the theme will be deactivated.
