Purchased theme how to make it work

  I purchased a theme from somewhere and the instructions it gives me to add it to my blog doesnt work!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t add an external theme to WP.com. We answer this about a dozen times a day: those themes are for WP.ORG blogs only. Ask for your money back. The only themes you can use here are on your dashboard under Appearance->Themes.
