Purchased Upgrade Bundle which includes one domain mapping but cant map domain

  I purchased the updaged bundle for the purpose of mapping my existing domain name to my wordpress site. After logging in i see the message that one free domain mapping was included but when i go to setup the map, a box prompts me to pay $13 to setup the domain. When I purchased the bundle and when i view the bundle features from my dashboard I clearly see it states I get:
  “A domain of your choice to replace your site’s default address of https://kiddieklatch.wordpress.com/”

  How do I set this up.

  Edit: I went ahead and clicked add domain even though it was prompting me for the $13 fee and it was added at a $0 cost. I think going forward the verbiage here could be updated to reflect what actually happens. Price is normally $13 but with your free domain you will not be charged.. or something similar.
