  My bank statement is showing a $48 charge from WordPress. I do not recall ever purchasing the $4 plan. It doesn’t show up on my billing history either. How can I find out why I was charged?

  We can help you get this figured out. There isn’t anything showing the billing history of the account that you’re using, because the charge didn’t come from that account.

  We send out emails about renewals and purchases. Check your spam folder, or other email folders, for that note. It will say which site you were billed for. With that information we can help you find the right account and review the charge.
