  I want to know why I cannot see my subscriptions and previous purchases on my account. I have been charged 3 times yet the transaction do not appear on my account? I was not sent an email about the charges being auto renewed either?

  If you can’t see your purchases when you are logged in as bettysplacemtwilhelm, it means those purchase were made using another account.
  You can check those purchases uysing the Transaction ID at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If you no longer have access to your other account, again yiu can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
