Sure, let me know how can I help. I see that you canceled your Premium plan subscription and were refunded $84 for that. It can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner > Purchases ->Billing History. You can also check the receipt from there.
$12 was deducted for the domain registration which was out of the refund window by 9 days. We can refund the domains only within 96 hours of registration.
