purchases and billing not accessible in my account

I am being automatically renewed for a two-year subscription, and I receive a receipt by email, yet my wordpress account itself lists zero billing history and zero payment methods. What can I do to manage my subscription and payment if there is no information in my account? How can you be taking money without authorization in my account?

I have figured out the problem: I had two separate accounts, and the link from the billing receipt took me to the other account. I’ve now logged out, logged in, and found the right account and billing info. I’ve now turned off auto-renewal. Thanks for your help.
