  I setup an account for our church and have attempted to purchase a Business Plan for $25 a month. Each time I try using either our Church CC or my PayPal account I get the message ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases. Please note I have not purchase from WordPress before. How do I get this re-enables so we can develop our webpage?
