    I have been using Woocommerce Shipping (USPS) for a year, with charges going to a credit card in WordPress. Suddenly, I get an error when I try to create a label, it directs me to check by credit card. Under purchases/payments it will not allow me to add a new payment method (Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.) and if I go to Purchases and if I try other methods I get the error: Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.
