Purchases currently disabled, Please contact us to re-enable purchases

    Hi a few days ago I tried to purchase a plan and received the message ‘Purchases currently disabled, Please contact us to re-enable purchases’ I filled an error report waited 5 days and today received an email stating
    [redacted by staff]
    I also never used WordPress before. Is this normal? Anyone else experienced this? Why does it happen? I don’t understand.
