Purchases disabled

    I have a paying client who has tried to create a WordPress account. Her first ever WordPress account. And her account was immediately set as purchases disabled. She sent a request to re enable her purchases. And she was told that WordPress holds the right to deny purchases. But she was not given any explanation further to why she was being denied. Could an explanation please be given? Or is there something she can do to enable her purchases?
