purchases disabled

    Dear WordPress,

    I cannot make any purchases. When i try to, I keep getting the error message “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    I cannot add a new payment method either. When i try to, i get the error code  HYMNCA.

    I had a paid WordPress plan, but you suddenly shut it down! Why?!

    I demand that you restore my ability to make purchases and add payment methods! This is ridiculous! My job is at stake thanks to you!
