Purchases disabled for no reason

  Hi! I recently opened an account with WordPress and wanted to create a specific site and project within my company, yet for some reason i cannot purchase the Creator pack upgrade for my needs. The error of purchases disabled is confusing and support simply redirects me to move to wordpress.org and does not explain why I have limitations for my new account.
