  A few days ago, my account had payments disabled. I contacted WordPress twice but no one has responded.
  I need purchase ability restored asap to map my wordpress account to my .com address very soon for my business; your prompt response would be appreciated.

  Please be patient while waiting for a reply from our billing support team. You submitted a ticket with them over the weekend, so it’s completely normal that you wouldn’t have received a reply yet.

  We cannot help with blocked purchases in the public forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
