  Hello,

  I’m unable to upgrade my plan or make purchases.

  The page displays “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases”.

  How can I fix the issue?

  Apologies but we are not able to help with transaction issues as this is the forum for free sites without upgrades. However, our Billing Support is able to assist you with this and you can reach them using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
