Purchasing dilemma

  When I try to buy a monthly subscription on wordpress, it says I need to pay 300 dollars (pay for 1 whole year).
  Does this payment gets taken from my bank account immediately, or does it get taken in installements?
  If it is taken in installements, can I cancel anytime and stop paying?
  I need an answer ASAP because we’re on an emergency.

  All wordpress.com plans are billed on a yearly base and must be paid upfront for the full amount.
