Purchasing & downloading a theme to set up on my own install of wordpress

    How do you download a theme and install it on your own install of wordpress? I am wanting the theme “Chapters”, (http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/chapters/) for a work project, though every time I go to download it it says I need to install it on wordpress.com

    Is it possible to buy a copy of the theme and set it up on my own installation of WordPress?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You cannot purchase and download a theme from WordPress.COM. Themes you see on the dashboard here are specially configured for this version of the software. If you want a theme for an externally hosted blog you have to find it via a Themes search on the dashboard of THAT blog.
