purchasing extension on existing website prompted to create a new WP account

    Hello,
    We have a website created on WordPress (Priviglaze.com) and wanted to purchase and extension ‘Google Product Feed’ for WooCommerce. When I did that it asked me to login with WP account but it doesn’t recognise my login details and I also can’t get to talk to you from there. That is why I had to create this account – to get help.

    Please help.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
