Purchasing Jetpack VaultPress Backup issue

    Hi!
    I have two websites built with WordPress.com that I manage. I was trying to purchase Jetpack VaultPress Backup today for my website http://www.themindfulsteps.co.uk. I have a Jetpack plugin downloaded there. In order to purchase it, I went from this particular website (themindfulsteps) and Jetpack plugin downloaded on that site. I was led to WordPress.com account and instantly was connected to the primary website it’s linked with which is my second website http://www.sunflowersinyork.org. I didn’t realise it and purchased the backup package for the wrong website. I have received a refund for that purchase but I am struggling to purchase Jetpack VaultPress Backup for the site http://www.themindfulsteps.co.uk. Can you please advise me how to do it?

    Hi there!

    It appears the site themindfulsteps.co.uk is connected to a different WordPress.com account, not the @themindfulstepsuk account you’re logged into. You’d need to be logged into the correct WordPress.com account to be able to purchase a Jetpack VaultPress Backup subscription for your site, themindfulsteps.co.uk.

    Could you try logging out of @themindfulstepsuk and logging back into the other account?
