  Can I remain a free site if I keep wordpress.com on my URL? Or if I am a nonprofit organization can I remain free?

  The site I need help with is cristisonestopdesigns.wordpress.com.

  Yes you are welcome to maintain as many free sites as you wish for as long as you want. I can confirm that both of your sites are currently “free” and do not have any upgrades.
