Purchasing premium templates

  I have already signed up for the premium plan and suppose to have access to all premium templates for free, but why was I still required fill in the payment details and card numbers and etcetera?

  Hi there,

  How exactly are you adding the theme? If you go to My Site ->Themes and select a theme there you should see an Activate option, not a Purchase option. If you’re seeing a Purchase option, it means the themes page is not loading properly. Please try clearing your browser cache in that case.
