Purhased Ad-Free but I'm still seeing ads

  I upgraded to ad free but there are red double-underlined links (including links to documents I put on the site) which take me to ads instead of where I want to go. How can I get rid of this?

  Hi there, could you please try running Firefox in safe mode, which will disable all your Firefox extensions temporarily?

  Those links sound like something installed through an “adware” browser extension, and I’m not seeing them at this end. If the ads disappear, try reactivating your extensions one-by-one to find the culprit that’s been inserting the ads.
