@jonson1986 I’m not sure what you are asking.
The OP had an unverified account, and I helped them manually verify it. Your account has been verified for several years, so it’s not the same issue.
If you are having trouble with a particular email provider, you need to contact them directly for help. We can only help with issues pertaining to your WordPress.com site and account here.
The only email we’ve recently sent you was a password reset email about 23 hours ago to your Gmail address, and you clearly received that as you were able to reset the password.

@kokkieh I signed up another account(“archelsa”) yesterday with a tencent QQ mail in China, but I haven’t received any activating email, I have checked the trash can and there is nothing, I even tried many times to re-sent the activating email on support page and still get nothing. I guess there is something wrong with the tencent QQ mail in China, now I forget the password and can’t find it back with the same problem. What should I do? Thanks very much!

The emails we’re sending to the address connected to that username account are bouncing back, so the problem is at the email provider’s end. You will need to contact them to get that fixed first, so you can reset the password.
We have no proof whatsoever that you are the same person who created that account, so unless you can get that email address working we won’t be able to give you access to that account.
