    Hi I cancelled this over a week ago and still haven’t received my refund. Please inform me when I will see this.

    Hi jillster85,

    Your account shows a full refund was sent on 3rd April 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. If you haven’t received it after 14 business days, please contact your bank to see whether there are any delays in processing on their end.

    When a purchase is canceled and refunded on the same day, banks sometimes remove the original charge from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. So you may also want to ask whether that is the case.
