1. I bought a template with Envato Market which is compatible with WORD PRESS. Do I need to buy a plan (premium ) or can I wait until I finish the website and design?
2. http://www.felipecatering.ca is the dominio i bought with go daddy, do I need to transfer to word press, ? it seems that automatically was transfer to my WP account?
Thanks. What is the best way to get support? by email? there’s any chat or phone number for support? Could you give the difference options to get support from word press?

There are two types of WordPress sites – sites hosted on WordPress.com, and site using the open source WordPress software hosted elsewhere.
The theme you bought is for the second version of WordPress, and can only be used here on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan:

To use your GoDaddy domain with a site on WordPress.com you can either transfer it to us, or you can leave it with GoDaddy and just map it here. You’ll need any of our paid plans to do either of these, though. But that would depend on whether you’ll be using WordPress.com or a self-hosted WordPress site at another hosting provider.
