  Is it possible to cancel every plan that is related to a paypal account?

  You can log in using either the email or the username.

  But if you don’t remember either, we can only give those to you if you can verify your ownership through our account recovery form.

  If you don’t have the information we need for verification, we won’t be able to give you access to the accounts.

  Neither @nicorabarisoa nor @wikiblogpro have made any purchase from WordPress.com.

  Also, there’s a site connected to @wikiblogpro which is hosted by 1&1 Ionos and not by us. If you’re requesting a cancellation for that site’s plan you need to get in touch with 1&1 which is your hosting provider.

  Thanks for your response, and i know that, but i’ve got withdrawed 103.8eu from wordpress on paypal, i just want to know wich site it was associated so i can cancel my plan thank you!

  We are unable to locate the charge from here because we don’t know which site used it. Go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the payment details. That will put you in touch with our payment support team.
