Question about Contact Form on my site

  Hi, I was told my Contact Form is a security issue and needs to be updated. I just updated to WordPress 4.9.8. Is that the most updated version? How do I upgrade my Contact Form? A developer set up this site for me originally. So please assume I know nothing about programming or coding. Thank you.
