Question about creating a private tab on a public blog

    Hi, I would like to create a tab on my menu that is for journal posts. I would like these journal posts to be private. Can I make that whole tab (and whatever I post to it) private in one location, or do I have to go into each post every time I write one and change the setting to private?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @rebeccajc2016, what if you were to make a separate site that is completely private? You could link to that in the menu.

    wordpress.com/start

    Create the new private journal, and mark it as private. Then you could create a custom link to that in the menu.

    The other option is to go ahead and make each post private individually.
