question about going premium

  if i go premium does that work on multiple sites?
  I think it would be neat to make vapehub.wordpress.com a full website and get the extra features but I already own a domain and my question is would i be able to use the premium features to make a different webpage and point towards my premium wordpress site builder?

  No. each upgrade or bundle applies only to one single blog.
