Pro Photo is a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, and it sounds like that is what you site is running on.. Third party themes only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
They are usually used for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
If you do not want to go with the Business Plan but want to use WordPress.com, the good news is that WordPress.com has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
