    Why is premium renewed in 11 months from date of purchase, not 12 months?

    We auto renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting a domain expire means you may not be able to get it back in the future and letting other upgrades expire can negatively affect your site, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. We do send out notification emails before charging your card, as we try not to surprise anyone. This is mentioned in the “my upgrades” support document and when you set up your auto-renewal. But it can also be easy to miss, so I understand the confusion.
