Question about subscription

    Hi there, i recently cancelled an annual subscription that i used for a couple of months. Do i get money back for the period that left?

    Hi there,

    Our refund period on annual plans is 14 days, and we don’t issue pro-rated refunds if you cancel after that period, no.

    In some cases we are able to issue a late refund, but I see your payment was on 25 October, more than three months ago, so we’re not even able to do that any more.

    If you want I can still restore your Premium Plan so you can continue using it until it expires in October. But your domain, merdaniservice.com, has gone into redemption since you cancelled it, so there will be an additional redemption fee of $80 if you want to restore that as well.
