question re premium account

  Hi,

  A while ago I already bought a domain name for X euro’s per year, plus a no ad account for 30euro’s / year. However, now I would also like to upload videos, for which I need a premium account. this premium account however also includes “no ads” and domain name. Is there a possibility to include the other memberships in a premium account (exchange those two memberships for one premium) so that I don’t pay double? Thanks in advance.

  I can refund the No Ads upgrade for you. But the domain registration is past the refund period.

  However, the good news is that you will get an extra year of domain registration as part of your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. So you won’t actually be paying double, your domain will expire in 2017 rather than 2016.

  Thanks for your swift answer. If you can refund the No Ads upgrade (or at least, upgrade that account to premium account), that would be appreciated (i.e yes please). Good to hear that the domain service will then be extended. No money lost then, thanks.

  Instead of refunding, I canceled No Ads and applied the payment as credit to your account. Refunding can take 7-10 days, so this is much faster.

  The Premium price should reflect that credit when you go to purchase it. Let me know if you have any trouble.
