Question regarding uploading a photo. I may have put in the wrong website address.

    I am unfamiliar with Gravitar. I am a new author on a website that uses wordpress and gravitar for author profile photos. For the site title I put in the name of the website inspireafire.com where the photo will go to. I don’t think I did this correctly. Please clarify. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any details on your Gravatar profile. If you go to https://wordpress.com/me, you’ll see that you can add your name, as well as links to sites you would like to be linked with your profile. Here is where you can add that site you mentioned.
    This wouldn’t automatically display your Gravatar on that site, though. The site inspireafire.com is hosted on GoDaddy, not on WordPress.com.

    What exactly are you trying to achieve?

    I do not want to set up a new wordpress website. All I want to do is to upload a picture on to an existing website. The image address is http://graph.facebook.com/100014080981011/picture . It is for a profile section of the following website https://inspireafire.com/wp-admin/profile.php

    I am a new author for this website and they said that the only way we could upload our picture was through Gravatar. Again, let me say that I do not want to set up a new website. Please help me with this.

    Gravatar is our standalone avatar site, so you do not need to create a new site to create an avatar (for use on inspireafire.com) but you can go here and create an account, then upload your profile image: https://gravatar.com/

    Out of curiosity, who is “they” in this case. ThemeZee support? I see you are using the zeeDynamic theme on inspireafire.com when I check. Are they directing you to create a gravatar for use with their theme?
