Questions about WooCommerce Subscriptions plug in

I am interested in purchasing the Woocommerce subscriptions plugin, and need to confirm if I can do the following functions with it for my church:
1. User can choose their own membership cost (in dollars) that will be charged as a one time cost.
2. Users can choose their own amount for a membership that will be changed every 30 days automatically. In other words, they can choose any amount from $20 or more to be charged monthly.
3. For a fixed course tuition like 600$ user can make a down payment of 300$ and then the remaining 300$ should be paid in two intervals of 150$. Can this plug in do that?
4. Users can donate any amount one time or recurring that will be changed every 30 days.
5. Users can upgrade subscriptions, or downgrade subscription at anytime.
Please let me know which of these functions this subscriptions plug in can do.
