  1. Are all functions that are in the regular version of the WordPress admin board present in the premium account? If not, what functions are missing?

  2. Is there access to the file structure of the site in the premium account? (Similar to accessing a web server through SSH)?

  3. How do you create databases? Do they have access to the premium account (for example phpMyAdmin)?
