Questions on Theme, Plans, and Domain

I’d like to purchase a WordPress theme below.
https://monetdemo.wordpress.com/category/artwork/It says I can purchase the theme at cost of $79.00
But As I try to purchase, it requires me to select a Plan, which cost me more.
And it seems like I have to pay for Domain separately as well.
For your understanding, what I want is listed below with my concerns.1. I want to purchase this theme(https://monetdemo.wordpress.com/category/artwork/) and use for my website.
– How much is it? $79.00?
– Can I use the theme permanently? instead of paying Montly or Annually?
– Do I have to purchase the theme per website? or per domain?2. For the WordPress Plans, as far as I understood, there are four choices: Free, Personal, Premium, and Business. If I choose to usewith Free plan,
– I’ve testes already and it allows me to select a primary domain when I create one.
However, according to the Comare Plans chart, it says I Free Plans cannot have a
custom site address. Then, what could my site address be?
– What kind of Ads could show up?
– According to the ‘Compare Plans’ chart, it says nothing about Premium Thems.
Would I be able to purchase and apply the Theme that I mention above?
If I choose to get a Business Plan,
– It says business plan costs $24.92 per month, and it’s billed yearly.
Is there any way I could pay for business plan permanently?3. I may need two or more Domain.
– For example, if i want to have primary domain (en.google.com) and I want my
second domain(ko.google.com)
Is it possible as long as if those thwo domains are available?
– It seems like a domain costs $25.00 per year. Is there any way I could pay for it
permanently?
– At the bottom, ther is a choice ‘Already own a domain?’ and it is $13.00, which is
almost half a price. what could be a domain that I own?
If my site is http://www.google.com and I would like to make an online help guide by using
wordpress, is ‘www.google.com’my domain?
If so, would domain of my online help guide website, which is wordpress,
be ‘www.google.com/onlinehelp’?

– Do I have to purchase the theme per website? or per domain?You would be welcome to use this theme with a free plan for $79 on efssuserguide.wordpress.com . Your site address would look like that. Because you are buying the theme, it is a permanent purchase.
The custom domain, custom design tools, and other features are part of a plan, so you can select that too if you’d like.
If you went with a Business plan instead, it would include all premium themes and a custom name, but it would need to be renewed annually and you would not keep the theme license.
You would use one theme per website, one plan per website too. You can add multiple domains to one website, but you’d need to pick one as primary.

Is it possible as long as if those thwo domains are available?You would only need to register one domain, then use subdomains. But would you want both subdomains to display the same content? If they are supposed to be separate sites, they would need separate plans / theme licenses.

almost half a price. what could be a domain that I own?If you already regsitered a domain elsewhere, you can use that domain here. You will need to keep it renewed each year through your registrar, though, so the total cost is not really half price.

wordpress, is ‘www.google.com’my domain?Your domain (or subdomain) is something like yourgroovysite.com or en.yourgroovysite.com .
If so, would domain of my online help guide website, which is wordpress,
