Questions Regarding Transferring Ownership of a Site, etc

1. We are currently revamping our old site, http://www.connectwithyourk9.com, with a new wordpress theme–currently building it under another account, smolinskij1. What would the process be like for transferring ownership/linking the domains? Or do we need to take a different approach? We currently just have a wireframe of the landing page built!
2. We would also like to change who’s hosting our site. We are currently under a contract with a local website design team. Who do you recommend for efficient business hosting?
3. Right now, we’re just creating a wireframe with the theme Radcliffe 2 with a free account. What tier would get us access to support or a help desk–as well as website maintenance?
4. Are there plugin integrations for Pipedrive forms? Our site needs to gather data from our customers that makes it into our database. After looking at form options through the website builder, it seems like there’s pretty limited options for making customizable and efficient forms.
5. Are there plugin integrations for Hyfin (Hartland) payments? Or do we have to keep running Paypal plugins?

To clarify, you are trying to move your existing site (an exact copy) over to WordPress.com, and then redesign it here? I see your site at smolinskij1.wordpress.com but was not sure what you meant by “wireframe” exactly.

We are a hosting provider, so for example we currently host smolinskij1.wordpress.com. If you wish to change the address of that site to be connectwithyourk9.com instead that can be done by connecting your domain to our service. This will replace your current site with the new one that you would set up here.

I’m not sure what you mean wireframe, can you explain? For free sites, we offer support here in our public forums. However, you can access priority support (including live chat) by upgrading to our Business/eCommerce plans, which also includes the ability to upload plugins (see next question): https://wordpress.com/plans/

Our built in form builder tool does not connect to Pipedrive, but it seems that you can add a “plugin” created by a 3rd party developer to help you make the connection. Here are a few I found by searching online.

Will it work to ultimately transfer the smolinskij1.wordpress.com site to connectwithyourk9.com?
What you could do is redesign the site on smolinskij1.wordpress.com and once you are done developing the site, you have a few options:
You can transfer the domain from your current host over to WordPress.com so that both the site and the domain are hosted with us:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/
Or, you can keep the domain at your current host and connect the domain by updating the nameservers and pointing them over to WordPress.com:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/connect-existing-domain/
