  is it possible to see someone’s subscribers [so people who subscribed to my friend’s blog for example]?

  In spite of what it says at the bottom of this page
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ the only people who can see the actual list of subscribers for a blog are that blog’s Administrators and possibly Editors.

  Anyone else on a group blog can will only see the number of subscribers subscribed on the blog’s Stats dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/.
