Random charge to my bank account

    I have spotted a random €13 charge from WordPress to my bank account. I have no site currently nor have I purchased anything.

    Please advise how best to proceed with this & how It can be rectified.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there!

    It sounds like it could be an auto-renewal for a domain connection, but if it is, it’s for a different account than the one you’re posting from.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
