Random fee

    I haven’t used WordPress in over a year and there is a recent $96 charge on my bank account. I did not sign up for anything. Please refund the charge.

    Hi there,

    In order to refund a charge we need to know which account it’s for, and the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades, have never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    Do you own any WordPress.com site in another account that this could have been for? That amount is for the renewal of our Premium Plan, and you should have received several renewal reminders before, and an email receipt after the charge took place at the email address for the account that owns this upgrade.

    If you’re not sure, you can search for the transaction at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also contact our billing support team directly via the contact form on that page for help getting a refund for this charge.
