Random text on top of every page (only when viewing on mobile)

    Hello! There is a string of random text/code on the top of every page of my website when I view it on a mobile device. It reads [ivory-search id=”4793″ title=”Default Search Form”]

    I think it comes from something an intern was trying to do with the search bar, but I can’t get rid of it or figure out how it got there. How do I get rid of it?
