  Can your site randomize images in a collage with a refresh?

  I don’t have a theme yet – but I want to build a site with 24 images that reorder randomly with every visit or refresh. I’m open to the theme at this point, but would want all images to appear on the page then random sort.

  This is what I’m working on https://www.imagewhy.com but it seems that they don’t have the functionality to random order on refresh, which is what I need, so looking into WordPress.
