Randomly disappearing gallery images

    Yesterday I opened a gallery after loading new images, only to find many of them had just disappeared at random. The thumbnails were still there. The same thing happened when I tried reloading. Does this sound like I exceeded my 3GB storage limit? Would backing up have avoided or at least remedied this problem?

    Of what site are you speaking?

    The only site I see in your account is a Jetpack-connected site, https://wildstudiopix.com/. That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin, so our storage limits don’t apply to that site, nor do we have any control over how that site works – Jetpack merely gives you a way to manage that site via your WordPress.com account.

    If that’s the site, please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help on this issue:
