I have an insurance website and I recently noticed that the quoter tool that I had on the site disappeared randomly with no edits being done. Ive went in and deleted the whole row and column and added it back and it still just shows up as a blank page on my website and unfortunately unlike shopify wordpress does not have a phone number and does not want to talk to their customers. I need someone’s help to figure this out as soon as possible.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Well I appreciate the insight but why don’t WP have a phone number to resolve these issues.
Their updates is what’s messing things up and I couldn’t find any contact support for WordPress.org -
