    The above account has stopped working and I am struggling to find the account where it was built to investigate further. I have logged in before but not its saying the acocunt doesn’t exist.

    Thanks for your reply.

    All I know is I had a working website and it disappeared. I used to be able to log into WordPress, edit the site ect

    I can’t find the log in or account associated with my website to work out what’s going on and have tried all of the passwords/log-ins I used to use.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for the additional context. I checked our records, and I can confirm that the domain av-tec.co.uk was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. That means your site was hosted by a different hosting service provider. Even if you used WordPress, you were using the open-source version of WordPress (which is different from what we provide, a managed hosting service). So it wasn’t hosted by us, and we’re unfortunately unable to help.

    I looked at the domain’s WHOIS record, and it has Cloudflare’s nameservers. Perhaps you can contact Cloudflare support for help with locating which hosting company the domain is pointing to.
