    Hi there,

    That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to.

    We have already replied to the domain owner in this other thread:

    So, you need to tell them to reach back to us in that thread and we’ll help them restore the domain.

    If you’re the same person, then you need to log in to that other account of yours and reply back to the thread so we can verify the domain ownership and proceed with the recovery.
