Re-activate web site

    It seems that we have let our website payment lapse – we would like to re-activate our site ‘hopehealingcenter.wordpress.com’ How do I go about doing that?

    Hi there,

    The site at https://hopehealingcenter.wordpress.com/ has not been deactivated. That site is, however, completely empty except for the default content with which it it was created. That site has never been on a paid plan on WordPress.com, and it also does not belong to the account you’re using to post here.

    Can you please confirm the URL of the site you need help with?

    We never deactivate WordPress.com sites for non-payment. If an upgrade expires the site simply reverts to the free plan, but remains online.
