re-activating my account/blog

I thought that my wordpress account was paid up even though it’s been a year since I wrote on my blog; however, I can’t seem to access it anymore. I can find the blog online, but I can’t log into it anymore. Also, when I sign into my ‘account’ with my email address, it doesn’t seem linked to my blog anymore. How can I reactivate my blog/account; and if I missed a payment, how do I go about paying that?
