  Hello Team, I am trying to cancel my subscription but the message says my premium service is still active, when it is not. Can you please assist? Thank you.

  I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Premium and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
